Dynetics, an employee-owned company, is seeking a talented Radar Engineer to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. Dynetics' Dayton Office has an immediate need for Radar Engineers. Candidates should be familiar with basic radar theory and be able to analyze performance and develop subsystem-level models and characterizations of radar components such as antennas, transmitters, receivers, signal processors, electronic protection (EP), trackers, and mode control computers. Candidates will use MATLAB/Simulink to simulate radar operation and assess performance under various scenarios.
This position may also include the analysis and modeling of other radio frequency (RF) electronic warfare (EW) systems including electronic attack (EA) jammers and radar warning receivers (RWRs). Candidates will use good people skills and strong technical interests/capabilities to work with a highly technical team of engineers and scientists solving challenging technical questions about highly complex RF systems.
The majority of the work involves supporting the Scientific and Technical Intelligence community (NASIC, MSIC, NGIC, ONI) and the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) Sensors Directorate. This challenging position will allow for the opportunity to contribute immediately to important, meaningful work while working directly with a diverse team of experienced engineers.
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering/Science, or a closely related field, with 5 yrs of experience or MSdegree with 2 years of experience.
- Candidate must possess a clear understanding of radar theory and M&S techniques applied to RF sensors, and have experience using MATLAB/Simulink for radar modeling.

Must be a resident of the Dayton, OH area or be willing to relocate to the Dayton, OH area.
Master's Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering is a plus, as is experience with all-source analysis, SIGINT, ITEAMS, EWIR, HDL Coder, and FPGA hardware.
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (as well as maintain) a Final Secret Clearance.
