? Sound Technical knowledge in any ECM tools and concepts ( QuMAS, Documentum, Veeva, Open Text, etc).
? Hands on experience in working L2/L3support.
? Should be aware of ITIL framework of support methodology.
? Need to perform Problem Management, Trend analysis and proactive identification of problem areas and feedback to relevant solution areas.
? Need to train end users on application support functionality.
? Should able to perform applications performance and business process availability monitoring.
? Ability to understand the complexity of the problem in hand and visualize a solution.
? Should have programming experience with object-oriented programming languages.
? Experience in gathering customer requirements and writing functional and technical design documentation.
? Resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs
? Complete service requests within agreed SLAs
? Co-ordinate with business users and functional analysts to understand and validate requirements for system upgrades and/or enhancements
? Perform root cause analysis for frequently occurring issues and work with cross-functional teams / vendor to ensure quick resolution
