We are looking for a passionate Quality Specialist/Automation Developer to join our Engineering department and take part in building the future of homecare software. Delivering over 500,000 episodes of care per month across three continents, the applications you build will literally be in caregivers’ hands as they’re visiting clients in the places they call home.

You will be part of a team of 150+ employees dedicated to product development with engineering hubs in Toronto, Montreal, and Victoria.
As a Quality Specialist/Automation Developer, you will be be the leading advocate of quality on a product delivery team. Working with your colleagues from the product team and your engineering manager, you’ll bring your automated testing experience and quality specialization skill to your product or feature area, and you’ll be responsible for ensuring the entire team embraces a quality culture of responsibility in addition to making our software development process more efficient to deliver products that make our users happy. You will leverage your development skills to contribute to both test automation and product development as necessary.
In partnership with other quality specialists of the engineering group, you will be responsible for driving the team towards better process and quality-focused development approaches to improve our products. You will use your leadership and coaching skills to ensure that the end-to-end client experience and other big picture items (e.g. load or perf) are empathized with, considered and covered as part of the daily work. You are responsible of being the authority on product excellence.
