Quality, Safety, and Value Project Manager Lead
Key Role:
Develop and maintain a Responsible, Accountable, Supporting, Consulted, and Informed (RASCI) responsibility chart, including all task order requirements and deliverables for all personnel. Create a Quality, Safety, and Value (QSV) playbook articulating engagement throughout all phases of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation. Lead QSV meetings and update stakeholders on key QSV activities. Use Microsoft project to manage all QSV tasks and deliverables and manage multidisciplinary teams to ensure team productivity and efficiency. Author strategic guidelines QSV Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), develop QSV policies, and facilitate the deliverable review process. Monitor project activities, review and create project performance metrics, and engage stakeholders to determine if project work meets acceptable quality standards. Update the executive sponsor on project status and performance, provide appropriate recommendations, as necessary, and represent QSV clients in meetings and conferences, when requested.
Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience in a professional work environment
-Ability to work independently to design and develop new software products or major enhancements to existing software for a healthcare and clinical environment
-Ability to perform feasibility analysis on potential future projects for management.
-BA or BS degree in Healthcare, IT, CS, or Electronics Engineering or 10 years of additional experience in a professional work environment may be substituted in lieu of a degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with implementing an EHR
-Experience in a federal health environment
