Drive a Quality Program for a manufacturing leader of a large manufacturer.
Responsible for managing the Quality Platform for this world class, best in class, manufacturing company. Manage 4 direct reports Closely interact with Production to put Quality Activities in place.
As plant champion of quality, will drive quality initiatives to increase business.
Responsible for assuring employees of the quality of product as well as assuring sales force that the product they represent had been pulled and inspected on a weekly/daily audit basis.
Ability to continue to be known as best in class as a premier manufacturing company Implement QMS (Quality Management System). Balance quality between sales and customers regarding improvements and advocating internal quality and continuous improvement (CI).
Participate in weekly meetings with parent company. Database input such as corrective actions; Excel, Kaizen, Lean and Continuous Improvement.
$80-85, + 12% bonus potential.
