Job Summary:

This individual will report to the CEO and manage direct reports. The ideal candidate will be innovative and enjoy working with a small company. The ideal Quality Manager will be someone who enjoys developing quality systems, being hands-on, and working cross-functionally without all the red tape of larger environments.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage quality management system ensuring compliance to ISO 14001 and IATF 16949
Manage internal auditing for the company
Manage and develop standardized documentation and standard work instructions
Lead management review meetings
Manage and ensure quality standards and KPI's
Work cross-functionally to manage corrective actions and determine root cause analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of quality management experience
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
Experience working in the automotive industry or similar manufacturing environment
Knowledge of GD&T and the ability to read prints
Experience with measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, etc..
Experience with APQP and PPAP
Background with continuous improvement such as 5 why problem solving, Six Sigma, LEAN or similar methods
