Our client is a leading manufacturer of highly-engineered precision products. They are seeking a motivated and process-driven Quality Manager to spearhead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the quality management programs at their New Hampshire facility. This role will manage quality programs for production, auditing, inspection, investigations and other functions where Quality Analysis is required. The Quality Manager will lead a rigorous and disciplined mandate of driving excellence in quality and regulatory compliance utilizing metrics, KPI’s and program management tools to ensure a best in class program. This position will interact with all key leaders at the facility and will also have frequent interaction with key customers and external partners as required.

This role requires a highly organized leader with a bias for action and an in-depth experience in Quality Management and Regulatory Compliance systems. The ideal candidate may have experience within Technology, Industrial Manufacturing, Specialty Automotive Manufacturing, Precision Consumer Durables, Medical Device, Aerospace or other industries that adhere to stringent regulatory requirements. You will be highly analytical, process-driven and will have the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Additional experience with Six Sigma and Lean methodologies will also be highly beneficial.
