The principal purpose of the Quality Manager’s position is to plan, direct, develop and implement appropriate quality systems for all areas of the business to assure the quality and consistency of all products produced by EnerSys Energy Products. Also, manage the ongoing support required to assure implementation and continuous improvement of these systems to the ISO 9001-2015 standard. This position also requires the incumbent to facilitate improvement for all departments within EnerSys.

BS in Engineering/Science with 7 years of experience in Quality/Reliability engineering with 5 years in a Lead Acid Battery environment. Management background and knowledge of statistical process control software and its application in problem solving. Master degree in business or industrial management and ASQ Certification in CQE and CQM preferred
