Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 Permanent Position with Benefits

An international manufacturer of electrical/electronic components headquartered in Cleveland's far eastern suburbs is seeking a quality manager to fully develop and maintain a quality system based on ISO / six sigma methodologies. The duties of this role will include quality planning in support of new product development, supplier audits / management, and the continuous improvement of quality systems throughout the company. Candidates must possess extensive experience using statistical analysis to validate processes and implement improvements. This role will require occasional travel in both the USA and China.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • BS degree in an engineering discipline
  • 8 plus years of experience with quality system management in a manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement using ISO and six sigma methodologies
  • Experience with cross-functional teams, statistical analysis, and all associated documentation
  • Strong communication abilities and well developed computer skills
  • Ability to travel domestically and to China as needed

 

Candidates may be required to submit to a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
