The Quality Management Analyst works in collaboration with Quality Management, IS&T, users and customers to develop, implement and maintain electronic systems software, tools and databases across the system, to support document management, policy/document storage and event reporting/investigation to assure regulatory compliance with applicable state/federal regulations. The incumbent completes project development/implementation, security management, software upgrades, data management, report design/creation, status reporting, training design and delivery, policy development assistance and troubleshooting user issues. The Analyst participates in efforts to continually improve the quality of work processes and recommends modifications to procedures to solve problems and maximize desired results, outputs and customer needs.
Three (3) years of data management experience with increasing responsibility for database program design, production, administration, maintenance, support, and application enhancement required
Experience with platform system to include platform training and/or extensive platform experience preferred
Bachelors degree in business administration or information system management required; four years of directly related additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Must have experience with an event reporting system (Midas, RL Solutions, etc.); strong communication and collaboration skills; strong team player
