You’ll help our clients with application optimisation, strategic integration of custom packaged solutions like Enterprise Resource Planning and Customer Relationship Management, and roadmap development.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader including:

• Understanding requirements from a business perspective to be validated through testing;
• Understanding of the SLA activities expected to deliver custom developed and packaged applications;
• Developing and monitoring test plans with respect to those requirements;
• Leading QA / UAT teams;
• Reporting and managing issues / bugs identified during QA/UAT testing;
• Demonstrating experience with manual testing, automated testing, mobile testing, non-functional testing (such as performance, load, usability, security, stress, and scalability) and continuous testing (CI/CD, DevOps);
• Communicating thoroughly with strong verbal and written skills;
• Using Jira or Azure DevOps (formerly VSTS);
• Demonstrating thorough presentation skills using GSuite tools and effective delivery;
• Working in a fast-paced environment with ambitious deadlines; and,
• Leading multiple types of teams (onshore, offshore, and/or nearshore).
