Quality Engineer

Our client in Keene, NH is looking for a Quality Engineer to join their team!

Your qualifications for the Quality Engineer are as follows:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Masters Degree preferred
• 3+ years recent/relative experience
• ASQ certification is a plus
• Knowledge of ISO9001 and AS9100 requirements for quality systems
• Solid understanding of measuring techniques and tooling
• Demonstrated knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen principles
• Strong leadership and problem solving skills
• Professional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits you will receive as the Quality Engineer:

• Direct hire position
• Full time 40 hours/week schedule
• Monday – Friday 7am-3pm
• $85-$90k/year depending on skills and experience
• Comprehensive benefits package

For the Quality Engineer position your duties will include:

• Ensure product meets internal and external specifications
• Ensure accurate and on time project completion
• Develop and implement new quality procedures, support procedure maintenance and quality systems
• Assist, train, and mentor team members
• Resolve quality issues
• Lead quality improvement systems
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with others to meet company goals
• Drive continuous improvement activities
• Investigate root cause of issues and apply corrective actions
• Oversee/assist with audit preparation and execution
• Other projects as assigned
