Assist with preparations, attend select interviews

Attend pre-ops on select projects (private projects, self-perform operations, finish sensitive projects)
Act as resource for specific quality related issues
Help manage subcontractor quality efforts, develop methods to encourage subs to plan
Help ensure select operations proceed per plans and specifications

This position is not responsible for oversight or performance management of any employees.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 pm. This position regularly requires long hours and weekend work.
Travel is primarily local during the business day, with occasional out of state and overnight travel. Less than 20 % of time travel expected.
Required Education and Experience
Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 7-10 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
