Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced QA Test Manager to lead the Test and Validation team using Agile. This position will be responsible for the creation, execution and reporting of test and validation plans. You will be leading the company in best practices for component, system and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) testing; collaborating with several teams throughout the RPS division.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
� Responsible for conducting activities that ensure that application / system products and projects meet business requirements and defined quality standards.
� Activities include: developing, conducting and evaluating and testing processes; leading and / or conducting testing activities; and communicating with developers to correct system bugs.
� Manages both people and processes.

Qualifications:

Required:
  • Associate's Degree
  • 5+ years related experience
  • Requires In-depth knowledge of automated testing tools (e.g., WinRunner), quality control, and quality assurance approaches
