Job description:

Position is responsible for ensuring that predictable, consistent, high quality products are produced and distributed to customers

Essential Functions:

Manages the systems that power satisfactory within the processing plant; Champions the satisfactory effort amongst personnel in all departments

Establishes and integrates product standards along with visuals for the manufacturing floor

Develops and critiques food quality and safety rules

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with computer use and systems

Well-developed communication skills, both oral and written; Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization


High energy level

Capability to make sound judgments/good decisions
