Where You'll Work

Our Beverage division and creates flavor ingredients and beverages for Kerry customers and brands. Using state-of-the-art analytical and sensory capabilities, we're able to create and process different flavor blends, extractions, distillations, emulsions, and essential oils for your favorite foods and beverages!

The Quality Assurance Manager is critical to building a Food Safety and Quality culture at the Commerce, CA facility, elevate the Quality program to meet and exceed regulatory and quality expectations, and execute Quality initiatives across the business unit.

Brand integrity and leading the quality department will include:

Developing team members through training, communication, and accountability
Demonstrating knowledge of product and processes, and their impact on overall quality
Showcase your expertise and be the technical liaison with customers, vendors, and regulatory agencies
Ensure compliance to regulations and standards

What You'll Need

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in an applicable field of study such as Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or similar Science/Engineering
5+ years of quality experience in a food/beverage manufacturing environment
5+ years of relevant GFSI standards experience such as SQF, BRC, IFS or FS 22000
5+ years of experience in Food Safety regulations, FSMA, and industry and market trends
5+ years of management experience
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills and we prefer experience with LIMS, , CA 900
