Leidos is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead for newly awarded work. Quality Assurance Lead will be responsible for managing the Quality Assurance and Continuous Service Improvements efforts for the new program. Lead will use Leidos standards-based processes and procedures to randomly assess service delivery quality for the new effort. Lead will report directly to the Program Manager. Lead will continuously review the QSDB to identify QEs that may impact the program, enabling proactive measures to be taken, and as appropriate, for inclusion into CSI activities.
Leidos leverages Quality Assurance Lead for technical expertise and support, for example, Six Sigma Black Belts to perform advanced RCA supporting Problem Management.
Bachelor's degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience.
TS/SCI with Poly is required.
