Quality Assurance Lead Auditor

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Role:

We are seeking an experienced Quality AssuranceLeadAuditor to join our Quality team.This position reports to the Quality Assurance Manager and plays a critical role inmaintaining, enhancing, and continuously improving the organization's Quality Management System (QMS). The successful candidate will help ensure compliance with ISO standards and provide key support for internal and external audits, as well as ongoing certification initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and perform internal auditsin accordance withISO 9001 requirements.
  • Develop, implement, andmaintainthe internal audit program and audit schedules.
  • Prepare audit plans, conduct audits, and generate detailed audit reports.
  • Identifynon-conformities, root causes, and areas for improvement.
  • Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensuretimelyfollow-up and closure.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and support external certification and surveillance audits.
  • Maintain and improve Quality Management System documentation, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and training to teams on quality standards and audit processes.
  • Support process audits across manufacturing operations related to DLC systems, including CDUs, cold plates, and rack integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, supply chain) to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor quality performance metrics and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure all activities meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and professionalism.


WHO YOU ARE:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or auditing roles within a manufacturing environment.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor (requiredor strongly preferred).
  • Working knowledge of ISO 14001 is an asset.
  • Experience leading internal and external audits in data center infrastructure, thermal management systems, or industrial manufacturing environments.
  • Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).


Skills

  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and certification processes.
  • Familiarity with data center infrastructure and liquid cooling system manufacturing environments.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • High levelof attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to lead audits independently and influence stakeholders.
