The candidate will play a crucial role in driving technical excellence and ensuring project success.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of solutions using QI Designer QI Scaler Quadient Inspire Interactive and Quadient Inspire.
- Oversee the implementation of technical solutions in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for various projects.
- Ensure that all technical solutions align with industry best practices and company standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize project disruptions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for all implemented solutions.
- Participate in project planning and provide accurate estimates for technical tasks.
- Monitor project progress and ensure that all milestones are met within the stipulated timelines.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical solutions that meet their expectations.
- Continuously update skills and knowledge to stay current with the latest technologies and industry trends.
- Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality technical solutions that enhance business operations.
Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in QI Designer QI Scaler Quadient Inspire Interactive and Quadient Inspire.
- Demonstrate extensive experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Show proficiency in leading technical teams and providing mentorship.
- Display excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality technical solutions on time.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Demonstrate the ability to create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Possess strong analytical skills to gather and analyze project requirements.
- Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Exhibit the ability to provide accurate estimates for technical tasks and manage project timelines.
