In this important and highly visible role, you will be responsible for Exabeam QA’s approach to Customer Solutions Testing. You will lead our organization to create new automated end-to-end test suites that operate from our customers point of view, across products and 3rd party subsystems.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Exabeam Customer Success and Field teams to distill customer use cases to be implemented as Solutions tests
- Drive automation of growing set of customer solutions tests across Cloud, SaaS, and On-Premise customer environments
- Work with development leaders and teams to analyze product weaknesses and improve product quality and test coverage.
Requirements
- Experience with cyber security or data lake products, preferably both
- Experience with cloud based software products
- Experience designing and developing automated Customer Solutions test suites
- Strong scripting skills in python or similar language
- Broad background in effective QA test automation
- 10+ years of experience, with 2+ years of leadership experience
- BS/MS in CS or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
