Implement and execute the quality management system and food safety according to GMP, HACCP, Food Safety and BRC standards.
Responsible for safety and hygiene standards plant wide.
Supervise: 1 Quality Assurance Technician.
Conduct facility and product audits.
Develop and lead training for new staff on food safety and HACCP, GMPs and Allergen Control.
Control and monitor product placed on hold, provides release of product.
Audit compliance to HACCP.
Ensure and lead the implementation of the New FDA Nutritional Fact Panels.
Administer COAs for products as required.
Implement new standards and make adjustments as needed to the Quality Management Systems.
