Job Description

The Senior QA Lead has a focus in leading products using agile methodologies. Our QA engineers will actively contribute to the entire software development life cycle and are not limited to testing only.

This Senior QA Lead will be expected to gain significant knowledge in their product areas, design test cases and find defects immediately, and assist in the automation of those test cases.

Key Areas of Responsibility:7 to 10 years of experience in software quality assurance in both manual testing
and automated test development
Experience in leading / co-leading testing organizations
Experience in agile testing practices including estimation, requirement analysis, and
delivery life cycles
Experience in IT Product-drive organization
History of quickly learning and adapting to new technologies
Comfortable with legacy technologies and current tools alike
Experience existing and emerging testing techniques
Experience and comfortability complex data environment
Strong experience in Test Automation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
Ability to navigate through tough client environments/difficult personalities
Key Desired Skills, Experience and Knowledge:10 plus years of experience in Quality Assurance
Knowledge in healthcare (payer or provider) a plus
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and oral/written communication skills
A Bachelors or master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field
