Job Description Summary
Responsible for providing Quality Assurance services to projects, maintenance activities and taking ownership of the quality of multiple applications while conducting Quality Assurance development processes, developing test solutions, and assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Quality Assurance best practices and testing standards. Analyzes business requirements for completeness, testability and develops test plans, test scenarios, test cases, test scripts, test data and will carry out the Quality Assurance testing activities to ensure the applications and products and/or releases are in compliance with the Quality Assurance standards of the organization.
Essential Job Functions
Fully understand the business process and the rationale. Leads the QA team to develop test cases / scenarios.
Leads the QA team to develop automation scripts
Understands the data needs and helps avoid duplication/redundant data
Trouble shooting to quickly diagnose and work towards problem resolution.
Leads QA and business in understanding the system / functions
Min 3 years as QA Lead
Must provide samples of functional spec/user stories
Must have an Engineering degree
Experience working in an agile/scrum environment preferred.
Must be proactive go-getter to drive decisions and closure on requirements.
Must know Sellenium / Load Runner and QC
