As a member of the DCOE group you'll partner with high functioning, high energy teams of cross-functional disciplines that bring products like Hallmark.com and our Hallmark Gold Crown Omnichannel network to life for our consumers. With a consumer-first focus this group delivers impactful digital solutions that have a direct impact on consumer brand engagement and retention in the digital space, which results in revenue growth and brand relevance.
What we’re looking for:
You are an experienced, hands-on QA Engineer ready to join the DCOE’s digital delivery team. The ideal candidate is very detail-oriented, can juggle manual as well as automation testing as needed, and can work in a dynamic testing environment. You are passionate when it comes to quality, with a positive collaborative attitude, and a tenacious approach to testing. You will have an interest in software and a passion for learning; with strong technical & communication skills to contribute to a dynamic team environment. The QA Engineer works closely with Developers, Product Managers and Delivery Mangers, to create and launch product features that delight our consumers. The product focus is on Hallmark.com and the Omnichannel digital consumer shopping experience.
What you will be doing:
Your primary responsibilities include both manual & automated QA testing of web-based services/products on hallmark.com working closely with onshore, nearshore and offshore team members. In addition, you’ll provide insight to cross-functional colleagues (e.g. Architecture, Development, Product, UX, Security) about quality assurance requirements and limitations encountered as user experience meets development. You will work with agile scrum teams focused on specific product areas to maintain a high level of quality with a strong QA mindset. Role Responsibilities include:
