You’ll be part of our Technology Platforms team and ensure that applications used by our teams and customers alike are modern, powerful, and deliver on our promise of a WOW! experience for both our team and customers. Millions of Custom Ink customers and hundreds of team members interact with our tools and so you’re work will ensure those interactions are seamless and intuitive. You’ll be a significant contributor in the Tech-platform QA team, delivering quality products by thorough testing and follow QA best practices and standards.
What you’ll do:
Our Technology Platforms team works proactively to solve challenges associated with a growing, high-volume, customer-driven e-commerce and retail business. In this role, you’ll develop and execute test strategies for e-commerce related programs. You’ll work independently, while also collaborating with our Project Managers, Engineers, and QA Manager to help develop, execute manual and automated test cases based on a published set of technical requirements.
You’ll engage in test preparation like test case writing, identifying edge cases, incorporate updates to documents to stay current while adhering to QA best practices in test case writing, execution and defect logging/tracking, and other documentation processes. You’ll also serve as a point of contact for production tickets, conduct research, triage appropriately, and follow up until closure of an issue.
