QA Engineer in Redwood City, CA

C3.ai is seeking a QA Engineer to work with Engineering, Product Development, QA and Customer Services to refine existing quality processes and develop new product testing and quality processes as needed for emerging products.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure test processes for new applications and features are designed into the product development process.
• Design and develop automated test suites for C3 products.
• Improve test automation framework by Java, Maven, TestNG, Selenium web driver.
• Perform root cause analysis by stepping through application codes in Javascript and Java.
• Become a C3.ai application expert to thoroughly understand all use-case scenarios.

Requirements:

• Hands-on software development and troubleshooting experience with JavaScript and Java
• Experience of UI and API test automation, Python programming
• Strong understanding of web application, QA methodologies and process
• Outstanding team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally
