Perform as the A3TV POC for standardization, "gatekeeping", administration and processing of FCIFs/SIIs/Waivers/HHQ Memos. Provide monthly update to A3 via A3O briefing on FCIFs released within previous 60 days.
Ensure SharePoint is an effective communication tool with Wings/NAFs/ARC. Maximize standardization between A3TV and NAF Standard/Evaluation SharePoint pages.
Collect evaluation performance data such as Standard Evaluation Board (SEB) and AQC reports from NAFs, DRUs, Wing, Groups and compile it in such a way to make it accessible for analysis. Analyze this data and look for positive/negative trends across MDS, Wings, Crew positions, etc. Present this refined analysis and suggested action items to A3T and A3. Provide copies to NAF Standard/Evaluation. At the division level, provide financial advisory services for A3T and its branches as identified by the division chief.
Track and manage AFI change due dates and coordinates for re-write for all A3 publications. Standardize Air Force waiver approving tiering process.
Tracks annual MQF updates, ensure objective questions, ensure timely MQF Database update, and identify POCs for each MQF database. Ensure appropriate MQF distribution.
Maintain and perform daily updates on MAJCOM, NAF and Wing specific FCIF libraries for all ACC Electronic Flight Bag users.
Required Secret security clearance.
Required one year experience with DoD, Air Force, and ACC policies and directives regarding aircrew standardization and evaluation.
Required at least one year Joint, Air Staff, MAJCOM or NAF experience.
Required five years of USAF Career Enlisted Aviator (CEA) or rated aviator.
