The Provider Compensation Analyst is responsible for administering Physician and Advance Practice Provider (APP) compensation programs and serves as the primary liaison with HR, Payroll, Compliance, and Legal for provider compensation matters. The position will be involved in all aspects of provider compensation and supervision of contract administration, regulatory compliance, and fair market value assessments. This position is responsible for monitoring compensation trends in the market and recommending modifications to current compensation programs in order to meet BPE’s objectives and needs. All activities will be performed in support of the mission, vision, and values of Baptist Health Care.
The person in this position works under general supervision, is responsible for various shifts, may be subject to over 40 hours per week and/or callback as required, and may also be required to remain on campus immediately before, during, and after severe weather and/or disasters.
- Bachelor’s Degreerequired, preferably Business or Healthcare related
- Five (5) years relevant professional experience
- Organization, communication, interpersonal, customer relations, mathematical, analytical, comprehension, and basic computer skills. Proficiency with MS Office Professional Suite.
