Louis Berger is looking for a Transportation Marketing/Proposal Coordinator to work in a fast-paced, team environment, reporting to the Director of Marketing. We are looking for a driven, creative professional to provide a full range of support for the firm’s business development and marketing needs. The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines and work independently. This individual’s primary duties will be to shepherd the proposal process from start to finish, working effectively with technical staff in Louis Berger’s nationwide offices and lead the capture management strategy of various proposal efforts. This position will be responsible for honing win themes/selling points, ensuring schedules are met and final products are fully-compliant and of the utmost quality.
This position requires proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CRM software (Deltek GovWin). Graphic design experience and employment in the A/E/C industry are a plus.

Bachelor's Degree in marketing or communications, journalism, business, graphic design or related field is required. 5-7+ years of marketing experience within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry is desired.
