Responsibilities include:

•Leading Request For Proposal (RFP) response proposal development cross functional teams including the sales regions and other center led functional teams (i.e., Strategic Sourcing, Finance, Legal, and Operations).
•Acting as the event Project Manager
•Decomposing and summarizing the technical, commercial, and pricing requirements contained in RFP documents
•Creating and managing team assignment matrixes
•Creating and managing event execution plans and schedules
•Scheduling, leading and facilitating all cross-functional team meetings and calls
•Leading the development of customer supply chain solutions
•Ensuring all RFP requirements are fulfilled
•Facilitating proposal approval by company senior leadership
•Owning the RFP response process
•Providing original RFP solution content
•Providing archived technical, commercial and pricing RFP content
•Providing professional document structuring, management, and editing
•Providing all document archiving and cataloging
•Maintaining a Proposal Content Library
•Managing a RFP tracker
•Creating professional power point presentations
•Providing proposal structure and content consulting to the sales regions

We are looking for candidates with:

•A self-starting, positive, and driven attitude
•5 to 8 years of professional proposal development experience (Preferably in the energy sector)
•Several years of Investor Owned Utility experience (Preferred)
•Exceptional writing and grammatical skills
•Excellent oral communication skills
•The ability to lead without having direct authority
•Experience with Proposal Generating Software (Preferred)
