  • Commercial Property Management and Real Estate industry experiencerequired
  • 3-5 Years property management experience with supervisory responsibility
  • Financial and/or Accounting Property Management experiencerequired
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented, analytical and computer literate


  • Assist the Director of Property Management (DOPM) with reviewing of monthly reports to identify areas that need improvement (variances, accounts receivable, late fees) for the Atlanta Portfolio
  • Assist the DOPM with budget, operating expense reconciliation, soft reconciliations and operating expense estimates review for Atlanta portfolio
  • Preparation of various monthly and quarterly reporting packages, including but not limited to: expense accruals, variance analysis, cash flow analysis, capital expenditure analysis, budget reforecasting, etc.
  • Periodically review monthly tenant bill backs. Ensure accuracy of tenant charges, monitor A/R, and provide guidance and assistance in collection efforts
  • Assist in tenant lease administration, including rent roll updates and preparation/review of    lease abstract activity
  • Assist in preparation of annual budget package for certain properties (Loft Office, new assignments)
  • Prepare annual expense reconciliations for certain properties (Loft Office, new assignments)
  • Other duties as assigned to ensure operational success and tenant satisfaction


  • Assemble, review and implement operating and capital budgets
  • Coordinate real estate tax review processes for properties
  • Establish AR/AP guidelines, track performance and monitor recovery process
  • Maintain personal contact with owners
  • Ensure monthly financialreporting according to owner's needs and property management leadership
  • Ensure compliance with management agreements


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, EngineeringArchitecture, Planning or related field
  • Real estate license
  • CPM, RPA designation (or in progress)
