Job Description

Pennoni Associates is currently seeking a Project Superintendent/QCM with experience consistent, but not limited to:

  • Construction related experience as a Superintendent/QCM/SSHO on construction projects completed on Department of Defense Facilities

  • Managing day-to-day field activities to ensure completion of project meets timeline requirements

  • Ensuring all aspects of a project are compliant with all contract terms and legal requirements that govern the project and the community in which the project(s) takes place

  • Creating and maintaining a culture that values safety, health and cleanliness

  • Understanding of project specification and plans

  • Extensive knowledge of practices, procedures, and concepts within construction field

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ construction related experience as Superintendent/QCM/SSHO on construction projects completed on Department of Defense Facilities

  • High School Diploma Required

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe

  • USACE/NAVFAC Quality Construction Management for Contractors preferred

  • First Aid, CPR, and OSHA 30 for Construction also preferred
