Superintendents guide the daily on-site logistics at our projects across the Southwest region. We are looking for someone who is great with people, has a willingness to lead with ethics, and commits to effective management of projects. Jaynes teams are assigned to projects ranging from education spaces and offices to retail spaces and many other facility types. This position is a full-time, benefits eligible position available for individual with a minimum of five years related project superintendent experience.
Experience should cover a wide range of commercial, industrial and public works projects ($5 million and up). Desired successful experience and skills include: managing and prioritizing multiple tasks under changing deadlines; establishing and maintaining files; providing written project documentation/reports; organizational, interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills; coordinating and scheduling; word processing and spreadsheet software; Sure Trak Scheduling, Prolog Project Manager and the internet a must. Spanish speaking a plus.
