Business owner for the systems, processes and triage in the Retail Channel. Focus on Go to Market processes and how to implement offers in our front ends.These include transactional, postpaid, prepaid, and other supplementary tools the field needs. Works across all channels and systems to develop a consistent and cohesive design experience with customer focus in mind. Identifies solutions to improve user experience and usability for all tools in the channel.
Oversee and assist in managing the technical aspects of system design and testing. . Collaborate with various departments to define requirements and customer experience for Retail systems design for delivering to development team. Serve as a liaison between the business, executive, and the IT area, managing timelines and cost to develop design requirements to meet business and customer needs. Understanding all aspects of Retail design components to communicate to other team members and provide leadership role in guiding process and design logic.

• Bachelor's degree and eight years related work experience or twelve years related work experience post high school
• Five years project management or related process management experience
