As a Project Manager in Xactly's Denver office, you will be responsible for leading a high performing Professional Services practice and ensuring exceptional end-to-end customer delivery. Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end project delivery process, resource deployment, and overall leadership and coordination efforts with customers, partners, and team members to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
  • Manage the project plan, project P&L, project forecast and change management process for Xactly Incent Compensation Solution
  • Track and manage project related issues and proactively employ risk identification and mitigation
  • Facilitate project status/steering meetings and communicate with senior leadership and project stakeholders
  • Support project scoping, estimation and proposal development
  • Pragmatic and results driven with superior negotiation and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and escalations

 

Required Skills:

  • B.A./B.S in business, accounting, finance or information systems
  • Minimum of 3-4 years’ full-time experience managing complex SaaS implementations
  • Experience with SaaS or cloud technology is critical
  • Superior consulting skills within an external client facing role - conflict resolution, customer interaction, budget ownership and negotiation, project management
  • Exceptional written/oral communication skills and presentation skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with appropriate sense of urgency and proactive approach
  • Positive outlook, resilient, and flexible

 

Preferred Skills:

  • PMI certification
  • Knowledge of sales compensation and sales operations
  • Experience implementing enterprise applications like ERP, CRM, and HRMS
