Project Manager - Utility Mapping

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Proposal writing for Branch pursuits
  • Management of direct client relationships
  • Collaborate with Divisional BD for business development efforts
  • Deep understanding of CGPS Process / Technologies
  • Establish effective budgets
  • Complete contract review process for SUM scopes
  • Complete follow-ups and closes
  • Profit and Loss responsibility for CGPS projects
  • Focused on the Effective Completion of CGPS projects - Schedule and Budget
  • Coordination of Field Personnel, Equipment, and Subcontracted Vendors
  • Manpower Projections
  • Profit Projections
  • Quality Assessment


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required
  • 5+ Years of Experience in Civil Design of land development
  • Advanced knowledge of civil construction principles/practices
  • Experienced dealing with subcontracts, subcontractors and/or self-perform work
  • Experience leading successful project team, including development of employee and maintaining relationships with external entities desired
