E.S. Boulos Company, founded in 1920 is a leading electrical subcontractor within the New England Territory delivering quality electrical construction for diverse utility and commercial projects. This Project Manager position will work throughout New England and will work on a variety of high voltage large projects involving substation construction. Substation Project Manager Duties:
• Project Managers prepare and maintain project construction schedules
• Responsible for the submission of request for information to clients
• Project Managers act as the main point of contact for projects and facilitating conference calls
• Coordinate meetings, scheduling updates, submitting deliverables, and addressing outstanding 'open items' as requested by clients
• Project Managers prepare look-ahead documents and weekly/monthly progress reports
• Review and monitor job costs versus budgets
• Report directly to management team
• Project Managers keep emphasis on the client, develop an understanding of the client's culture, key people and processes
• Provide guidance and direction for estimators during the estimation process
• Project Managers understand and comply with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other industry-specific professional and ethical conduct standards
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Substation Project Manager Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the utilities or construction industry
• Prior project manager experience working in electrical energy involving the construction of substations
• Excellent ability to manage customer relations and work with project owners directly
• Ability to project manage multiple multi-million dollar projects, track project financials, maintain schedules, and understand the estimating process
• Availability to travel and work projects throughout the New England territory to include ME, MA, CT, NH, RI, and VT
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred but not mandatory
• Proficiency with MS Suite of products
• Strong verbal, written, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
