The Project Manager oversees all activities of a task supporting copper and fiber optic cabling, communications equipment and infrastructure, Audio Visual equipment and C4ISR system installations in a new Command and Control (C2) Facility.
He/she ensures work is executed in compliance with the task order and the basic details of the government contract.
Oversees scheduling work, managing personnel, managing and tracking task order financials, managing risks, material and logistics control.
Responsible for ensuring training is completed and manpower/skills are correctly identified and reported.
Tracks deliverables and is the conduit for reporting issues regarding personnel, safety incidents, security incident and quality issues.
Reports corrective actions taken in response to reported incidents or quality assurance problems.
May involve work outside of normal duty hours.

Required (Minimum) Qualifications: - Minimum active SECRET clearance; preference given to candidates holding TS w/ SSBI. - Ten (10) years of experience with shore-based C4ISR installations: o Overseeing projects requiring IT systems hardware and cable installation Material CLINs associated with a services contract o Developing and providing resource loaded schedules using Microsoft Project o Inventory and logistics oversight o Eight (8) years of this experience should involve direct work experience in managing or performing the design, implementation, testing, inspection, logistics, resource management, and completion of C4ISR system installation efforts for DoD shore sites o Four (4) years of this experience should be performed as manager of U.S. Navy shore installation projects involving multiple systems and in performing tasks to include: Supervising Project Personnel, Scheduling Work, Writing Proposals and Preparing Bids, and Equipment and Material Logistics Control. Preferred Qualifications: - Current BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Knowledge of FAR and DoD procurement policies and procedures Other Qualifications: - This position supports a U.S. Government Contract whose terms require Serco to staff it only with U.S. Citizens
