  • Coordinate engagement of internal subject matter experts throughout the information source identification and integrity assessment process
  • Actively lead and manage multi-discipline teams of internal stakeholders
  • Serve as bridge between the applicable business units, external integrator consultant and IT, working to direct and support execution of prioritized business needs, including supporting system and information integration needs
  • Work with IT to define security parameters and ensure adherence to those parameters
  • Drive collaboration between internal functional teams and external integrator consultant to achieve milestones and deliverables
  • Coordinate and manage business and technical requirements discussions with various departments and subject matter experts throughout Eversource
  • Collaborate internally with business units across three states to foster strong relationships, manage expectations and adjust work product
  • Ensure milestones are delivered within scope and schedule, and key milestones met
  • Communicate effectively with the external integrator consultant to clearly set expectations, identify progress, and effectively manage issues and risk throughout the process
  • Guide team and consultant in determining business objectives by reviewing existing workflows, short/long term business goals, and state of current information sources; identifying gaps; gathering information; and, evaluating requirements
  • Working with IT and other SMEs, develop RFP, and assess proposal(s) for selection of long-term platform solution
  • Ensure proposed solution meets business requirements and is in alignment with vision, technology, roadmaps and/or standards.
  • Ensure system integration components have appropriate data ownership, quality controls, auditing, monitoring, and security.
  • Working with IT, test application integrations and facilitate stakeholder testing
  • Apply analytical and technical thinking to resolve issues and challenges by identifying possible alternatives and providing recommendations
  • Effectively communicate with Leadership as to progress, issues, risks, etc.
  • Post-testing, develop multi-discipline system maintenance team and processes to ensure timely information integration and integrity


  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering Degree with database development, management or integration experience; Computer Science; MIS or related field;
  • Minimum 8 years’ work in a Technical Business Analyst, Data Manager/Integrator, and/or Project Manager role. (Minimum two years in a Project Management role.)
  • Understanding of variety of information systems and structures
  • Experience supporting software implementations that involve multiple stakeholders
  • Proven ability to effectively lead multi-discipline teams
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn and understand new technologies
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated
