Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for the effective project management of all Property Management related integration activities.   The Project Manager will ensure all integration projects are completed according to the underlying guidelines, and to mutually agreed-upon timelines.  Also, the Project Manager ensures that the Integration Team and internal customers are aware of issues that will impact timely project completion or cost. The Project Manager will pro-actively seek to identify and communicate any schedule and budgetrisks.

 

Essential Job Functions

 

  • Manage assigned integration projects from inception to completion. Ensure that all activities are effectively and efficiently coordinated and completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with the agreed to guidelines.

  • Manage all external vendors necessary for timely completion and within budget.

  • Develop an accurate project plan and budget for all assigned integrations, modify as needed.

  • Lead internal and external integration meetings with other managers and team members to review the status of each project, and implement changes as necessary, ensuring timely project completion.

  • Attend integration meetings to provide comprehensive status reports, and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise.

  • Ensure accurate and complete files are maintained for the project in accordance with corporate standards for audit purposes.

  • Ensure that all projects are maintained in a project tracking system with complete accuracy.

  • Understand seller systems, contracts, data, and processes to provide assessments of integration options and timelines.

  • Understand the department's use of contracttemplates, abstractions, and function as a Subject Matter Expert.

  • Understand the department’s use of systems (including JD Edwards), reports, tools, and function as a Subject matter Expert.

  • Partner across organization lines to drive successful cross-functional communication and planning to assess all upstream, and downstream, process impacts.

 

 

Education/Certifications

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • PMP certification, equivalent project management experience, or previous consulting experiencedesired

 

Experience/Minimum Requirements

 

  • Three (3) to five (5) years of wireless project management experience or three (3) to five (5) years project management experience in any other industry

  • Managing project budgets or related financialexperience

  • Customer-facing project management experience

 

Other Skills/Abilities

 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to large groups of people

  • Customer service orientation with a strong problem solving approach

  • Ability to direct the diagnosis of work flow problems, critical paths and institute remedies

  • Strong financial acumen

  • Ability to manage and process multiple data streams

  • Ability to prioritize management of initiatives and initiative resources in a dynamic environment

  • Strong PC skills, including the Microsoft Office suite of products
