Candidates must have eight to fifteen years of successful experience and be a licensed Architect, with a minimum of five of these years in a project management role. Prior experience work in; education, aviation, or other community related project types desired. Ability to take minimal direction and efficiently use 3D software to implement the early design phase, and utilize Revit to advance the development of the design and documentation. Photoshop, InDesign, and graphic skills are highly preferred to communicate design/technical concepts to all parties involved. Simple, creative, and effective use of other advanced technologies highly encouraged.
A salary fully commensurate with experience & credentials will be accompanied by a complete fringe benefit package including; 401(k), a variety of insurances, vacation, among others.
