Job Description

Responsibilities:  Provides project management and supervision of all contracts associated with the project from contract execution through commercial operation. Such contracts may include sales contracts with clients, long term lease agreements, power purchase agreements, and subcontracts and purchase orders with general contractors, engineering firms, equipment suppliers, etc.  Identifies and interprets commercial and technical project requirements and translates requirements into internal production documents that are distributed to engineering, procurement, and finance defining the project and equipment allowing for fabrication  Review contracts, identifying project risks, execution concerns, and validating that the scope of work is fully defined, sufficiently detailed, and reflects the budgeted values  Develop Request for Proposal (RFP) documentation and packages, solicit bids, and reviews the resulting proposals ensuring completeness, adequacy, consistency, and adherence t
