Overview

The project manager position will primarily support US marketed products. The Project Manager will be responsible for overall project implementation for lifecycle management and post-approval changes for pharmaceutical, OTC, and/or cosmetic products. The PM will assist in the development and management of the project strategic plans to maintain supply continuity.

Responsibilities

-Develop/update detailed project plans thru implementation

-Coordination of all project required documentation

-Establish key milestones that align with the regulatory guidelines.

-Track operational and capital expenditures for each project

-Proactively communicating key information of the project to all relevant stakeholders

-Identify, escalate, and track project risks

Qualifications

-Education: Bachelor's Degree, in the Sciences preferred

-Experience: Minimum 3 years in a Project Management role and 8 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain or related area

-Special and or technical knowledge: Supply Chain, Regulatory CMC, Pharmaceutical manufacturing,

Experience working with third party suppliers

-Administrative/Managerial Skills: Proactive, planning and organizing, critical thinking, strong leadership skills, results oriented, performance management, teamwork oriented, skilled negotiator.

-Interpersonal Skills: Firm, consistent, persuasive, reliable, dependable, tactful, objective

-Communication: Good oral and written communication skills
