Five Rivers Services, LLC (FRS) provides full-spectrum communications, information technology (IT), network operations, video teleconferencing (VTC), audiovisual, multimedia, and command, control, communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) services and solutions to Department of Defense, Federal Government agencies, and the commercial sector. Currently, FRS operates in Iraq, Afghanistan, Kuwait, Djibouti, and several continental U.S. locations.

Provides strategic project management, engineering and technology integration oversight for existing and new projects that require expertise across a variety of C4IT and telecommunications systems, providing leadership and is responsible for project direction through successful performance of a variety of detailed, diverse elements of project management tasks. Directs completion of tasks within estimated timeframes and budget constraints. Schedules and assigns duties to subordinates and ensures assignments are completed as directed.

Incumbent interfaces with Government representatives and reports to the Program Manager on project progress/status and various issues or problems. Duties include, program/contract management; technical guidance and oversight; supervision of design, development, and implementation of complex computer systems; business area analysis; project planning; coordination of resources (including subcontractor management); project status reporting; and performance measurement and reporting.

Candidate shall be knowledgeable in the Coast Guard system engineering process and project management principles, including project planning, project scheduling and monitoring, requirements analysis, risk management, quality assurance, system testing and evaluation, and configuration management. Participate in the proposal development process as directed by the Program Manager and in support of company growth initiatives. Accomplish other tasking to support company initiatives as directed by the Program Manager


Education: Demonstrated expert must have received formal educational training in Project Management with the past three (3) years.


  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, proactive

  • Working knowledge of USCG’s System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel and Project 2010

  • Requires a minimum of 10 years of Coast Guard system experience
