15-20 years of Navy experience, including 15 years of Program Management experience supporting acquisition programs and/or 10 years of Navy acquisition experience preparing POM and budget inputs, and preparing responses to Congressional questions. Strong knowledge of the Navy PPBE process and the requirements determination process specifically as they relate to Navy surface ships. Experience at one of the following required:
Experience overseeing ship construction and modernization at the Supervisor of Shipbuilding, Conversion and Repair.
Substantial experience in the Navy or supporting the Navy;
