Position Summary

The Project Manager for Marketing Operations is responsible for effectively managing creative production (people, processes, priorities and technology) to enable the Brand creative team to focus on designing and producing digital, print, photography and video assets for corporate and business unit clients. S/he will assign creative resources and prioritize projects. S/he manages project traffic and intake, production of concurrent projects, deliverables and timelines. S/he serves as the liaison between the Brand team and internal stakeholders for creative briefs and objectives, setting expectations and communicating progress throughout the project. S/he is responsible for managing vendor contracts and relationships with external resources. S/he leads weekly production team meetings to align work efforts and manage capacity. S/he develops and implements work processes and workflows to ensure cross-functional teams work effectively and collaboratively. S/he serves as Workfront administrator for daily operations and project management system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

Manages project traffic and production, assigns creative resources and provides direction on competing deadlines. Prioritizes projects based on business goals and ROI. Oversees the creative process to ensure team�s ability to deliver on time. Works collaboratively with Brand team, internal clients, and cross-functional teams to oversee creative projects from concept to completion as project manager on medium-to-large sized projects. Manages stakeholder meetings with creative team to ensure brand alignment and practices. Ensures compliance to policies, processes, budget and service level agreements. Manages expectations with program managers and stakeholders and upholds client relations. Analyzes ongoing workflows to ensure smooth running operations and implements changes to continuously develop improvements to processes, tools and infrastructure. Manages Fee for Service program by overseeing the creative review process, creation of the statement of work and production of assets; tracks and works with Corporate Accounting to charge back cost to internal clients. Works with internal clients to complete change orders when project scope changes. Onboards new video vendors as needed with a Master Services Agreement and all the necessary documents for Ariba set up as a new vendor. Works with Legal for exceptions to agreements. Manages vendor contracts and renewals and issues statements of work to supplement and complement the brand team�s work. Vets employees� good standing employment status with HR and Compliance & Ethics and secure content release forms prior to inclusion of published marketing materials; keeps information confidential. Oversees partner relationship for Brand team and InnerWorkings for custom print and graphic design services. Serves as Workfront administrator and governs our project management system; manages contract and licenses; provides overview training to new users.

Minimum Requirements

8+ years of relevant experience in marketing communications and project management


BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
