About the position
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting strategy and overseeing execution of both pilot and full-scale deployment of new products, digital capabilities and solutions related to new strategic initiatives called LEAP. Marketing plans will include both B2B and B2C components. This critical role will be a key player in advancing innovation and test and learn strategies within WSG marketing.
This individual will need to form relationships across levels and functions. This role will work in an agile manner to deploy iterative products and solutions to the market. Partnering closely with market-facing, product development, and other marketing teams to implement and drive adoption of new solutions this individual will develop marketing timelines for deliverables and utilize internal resources (such as Workfront project management software) to manage work flows with creative and control partners. This individual should have a keen focus on customer needs and wants and be able to disseminate primary and secondary research to garner insights. In developing marketing and communication plans this individual will be able to understand and communicate customer experience/journeys, channel preference and key KPIs/ marketing measures. He or she will ensure flawless execution, maximum customer engagement, and project team alignment. It will be critical to continuously monitor and enhance marketing tactics and outreach from a customer experience perspective.
Strong project management and execution, attention to detail and the ability to creatively and quickly solve problems are essential to the success of this role given the complex deployment processes and complex matrix management. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, seek to learn and break through barriers, and be a self-starter who is also a team player committed to achieving shared goals.
•Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a product, marketing or related role with financial services or healthcare; market knowledge of FinTech and digital marketing a plus
•Omni-channel marketing experience
• Experience developing new or emerging markets preferred
•Knowledge of Agile methodology and technology/platform development considered a plus
•Bachelors degreerequired or equivalent experience
•Excellent project management skills
