Description:

  • Manages the daily operations and projects within unit or Series
  • Responsible for planning and directing budgets, goals, and business objectives
  • Oversees all aspects of projects including projection development, milestone tracking, project completion, summaries and follow up
  • Creates and analyzes reports based on project outcomes, preparing presentations for Senior management
  • Support Operations group by analyzing and responding to critical business issues
  • Manage other operations projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, journalism or communications
  • Minimum of seven years of experience in business environment with a minimum of five years of business operations project management or strategic communications
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to provide presentation coaching
  • Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence
  • Proficient computer and Microsoft suite skills
  • Adaptable, self-motivated, flexible
  • Ability to complete continuing education requirements as needed
  • Ability to attend company, department, and team meetings as required, including industry training sessions
  • Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, proactively protecting confidentiality of client and company information
  • Ability to efficiently organize work and manage time in order to meet deadlines
  • Ability to travel by automobile and aircraft
  • Ability to use office equipment such as a computer, keyboard, calculator, photocopier, and facsimile machine
  • Ability to work on a computer for a prolonged amount of time
  • Ability to work outside of normal business hours as needed
