Job Description

Information security management support services to maintain the overall security posture of the National Institute of Health (NIH) environment, by performing the following Cyber Policy, Planning, and Evaluation; Enterprise Training, Evaluation and Awareness; Risk Management and Assessment and Authorization (A&A); Management; and Cybersecurity Program Training Material Development.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of the project, leading a team on large projects or a significant segment of large and complex projects. Analyze new and complex project-related problems and create innovative solutions that normally involve the schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and financial management of the project. Provide applications systems analysis and long and short-range plans for application selection, systems development, systems maintenance, and production activities for necessary support resources. Commensurate experience and education for the specific level.

Task Order Management: Ensure that this contract and all tasks are executed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with technical requirements. Implement an integrated project management plan and process across all aspects of performance and tasks identified.
Cybersecurity Program Training Material Development Support: Develop new training courses and supporting material, or modify previously developed training courses and materials, as directed by NIH. New course and material development may be necessary to address plan of actions and milestones, corrective action, or organizational shift. Develop course materials that are Section 508 compliant, in accordance with NIH policy, and in accordance with applicable federal requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree [Computer Sciences, Electronics Engineering or other engineering or technical discipline]
Minimum of 20 years relevant experience
PMP Certification required
