We need a results-oriented Senior Project Manager to support the Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) Enterprise Center's (NEC) Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) Division at Fort Meade, MD.

You will collaborate closely with engineering teams, government product and process owners, and stakeholders to ensure that the engineering, architecture and/or Configuration Management artifacts are produced as needed by our government customer.

What will you do in this role' - Guide and direct projects and tasks being worked at the team-level (e.g., Architecture, Configuration Management, Technical Standards, etc.).
- Work closely with other Project Managers, Program Managers and customer directors to ensure projects and deliverables are executed as intended.
- Directly support one or more engineering teams (e.g., Architecture, Configuration Management, Technical Standards, etc.) in the execution of specified tasks relating to systems architecture artifact development, technical policy/governance development or NC3 system configuration baseline monitoring.
- Leverage data and insights from a comprehensive range of NC3 Enterprise products, including technology assessment reports, technology implementation plans, systems engineering documentation, and alternative analysis reports, to inform decision-making, drive efficiencies, and identify impediments, obstacles, and roadblocks that may hinder team productivity or program success.
- Write clearly, brief effectively, and communicate professionally to deliver the support our customers require.
- Craft comprehensive reports that analyze project progress, pinpoint critical issues, and recommend effective resolutions.
Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years or Master's and 6 years or Associate's and 10+ years or High School diploma equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- The successful applicant will possess one or more of the following:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering Management, Engineering, Information Systems or Computer Science.
- DAWIA Certification in Program Management (practitioner level).
- ITIL Foundation Level certification.
- 5+ years Military Experience managing DoD communication systems and/or a DoD Program of Record.
- 5+ years of Program/Project Management experience in an IT or engineering environment.
- Current Top Secret clearance and SCI eligibility.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create and deliver presentations.
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams).
Preferred Qualifications:- Ability to apply system engineering techniques and/or enterprise architecture concepts to specific secure and survivable communications.
- Expertise in the areas of DOD acquisition/requirements processes, systems analysis, engineering, and/or Nuclear Command, Control and Communications (NC3).
- Prior background working with NC3 missions, systems, and operational procedures used within the U.S. government in support of presidential and senior leader communications.
- Prior background working with NC3 and other National Leader Command Capability community stakeholders such as DISA, DoD CIO, Joint Staff, and USSTRATCOM.

Pay Range: Pay Range $101,400.00 - $183,300.00
